Download Policy
All digital downloads will be made available to the buyer immediately upon completion of payment. If you are having trouble opening the PDF art file you can contact Chris Paul Art at support@shopchrispaulart.com for instructions.

If you are experiencing issues downloading the art file after purchasing the product be sure to check your internet connection speeds and settings.

All digital file download sales are final. There are no refunds on digital art file download purchases.
Refund Policy
Under certain circumstances in specific conditions, print orders can be refunded within 14 days if the product itself is directly damaged during shipping. Photos will be required and submitted in order to begin the refund process. To begin the return process please contact Printful.

Upon receipt of the physical artwork the buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the care and treatment of the product. Refunds will not be given for "buyer's remorse".
